Grieving parents who say their son was killed when cyanide gas leaked into their flooded home from a landfill site are facing a ‘David and Goliath’ battle for justice after being refused legal aid to fight the case – amid claims of a cover-up over his death.
A full inquest is still to be heard into the death of the seven-year-old, who was taken ill from his flooded Chertsey home in February 2014
